Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with facade project experience to manage two concurrent projects valued at over £10m each. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, strong contractual knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing valuations, and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the façades / cladding / re-cladding sector.
• Proven experience working for a specialist building envelope or façade contractor.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience on projects £10m+ in value.

Responsibilities

• Take full commercial ownership of two concurrent projects (£10m+ each).
• Manage cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including negotiation and contract administration.
• Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance (JCT / NEC).
• Maintain accurate financial reporting for internal and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company and client procedures at all stages.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
