Responsibilities

• Managing costs across live projects to ensure commercial targets are met.
• Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Liaising with site teams to monitor progress and manage subcontractor accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
• Preparing accurate tenders and cost plans for upcoming surfacing projects.
• Conducting take-offs, measuring works and assessing material/labour requirements.
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Supporting bid submissions and contributing to winning work.

The Role

You will take ownership of both commercial and pre-construction estimating responsibilities, supporting the business through all stages of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities (QS)
