A construction company in Elvington is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team. Responsibilities include producing estimates, negotiating project values, and maintaining financial control on BMS projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong building background, commercial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. A full UK driving license is required for site travel. We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join the Lindum York BMS (Building Maintenance Services) Team which deals with smaller new build jobs, refurbishment projects and minor alterations.
