We're a leading construction company in the East Midlands, working on a wide range of exciting projects across commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors. Right now, we're on the lookout for experienced Quantity Surveyors who are keen to move into Estimating.

If you've been working as a QS for a while and fancy a new challenge in the pre-construction side of things, this could be your perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing

• Teaming up with our Estimating team to help price up projects and prepare tender bids.
• Reviewing project drawings, specs, and all the documentation to put together accurate cost plans.
• Getting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Helping us spot any potential risks or issues in the early stages of a project.
• Working closely with our project delivery teams once the job is awarded.

What We're Looking For

• You've got a solid background as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• You've got an eye for detail and a head for numbers.
• You're interested in moving into Estimating (maybe you've already had a taste of it?).
• Experience with estimating software (Conquest, Causeway, etc.) is a plus, but not essential—we'll train you.
• Strong communication skills and a good team player.
• A desire to grow and develop in a new direction.
