Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
• Proficient in cost management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Carry out valuations and produce final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration.

Skills

Quantity Surveying experience

Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC)

Cost management software proficiency
