Are you a self‑starting, motivated Quantity Surveyor from a Construction or Modular background looking to join an internationally‑renowned mediacin provider in a highly autonomous role, where you will have the authority and scope to take control of financial, commercial and contractual management of projects from post‑tender hand‑over through to final account close out across a technically diverse portfolio of commercial construction / modular projects? On offer is the opportunity to join an industry leading company where you will play a valuable role in the commercial delivery of modular construction based projects, whilst being seen as the technical authority in the quantity surveying area.
The company are at the forefront of their specialist industry with factories across the globe, and due to a recent internal promotion and continual growth, they are looking for a new leader to come into the company with the authority and autonomy to directly impact the companies commercial and quantity surveying related processes, projects and day to day operations. Within this pivotal role, you will have responsibility for developing and evolving supply chain for project procurement, managing the manufacturing orders and costs, subcontract procurement process, scope analysis against client specification, tender reconciliation, sub‑contractor comparisons, formation or order, review of commercial terms, and contract award predominantly across modular projects. Candidates with construction or modular quantity surveying background and process leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
