Job summary

MCR Property Group in the Midlands is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and financial delivery on assigned projects. You will ensure schemes are procured efficiently and delivered within budgets and programmes, providing hands-on commercial expertise from inception through to final account.

Reporting to the Construction and Commercial Directors, you will own monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and management of contracts and variations, working with Project Managers and other

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of subcontract procurement processes.
• Experience with cost plans, estimates, tendering and procurement.
• Excellent Excel and Word skills for financial reporting.
• Valid driving licence is required.
