Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying role within main contracting organisation preferred.
• Holds a relevant academic qualification.
• Comfortable creating commercial reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial input to the Estimating department.
• Review insurance requirements for projects.
• Ensure monthly valuations and final accounts are timely.

Skills

Quantity Surveying experience

Procurement and sub-contractor management

Ability to work independently

Commercial report creation

Profitability track record

Knowledge of JCT, NEC, SBCC contracts

IT literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education

Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying
