Civil Quantity Surveyor – Dungannon Area

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our award‑winning construction team. Our client delivers award‑winning residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects across the UK and is known for high‑quality work, a safety‑first culture, and a sustainability ethos. The role is permanent, full‑time, and offers a base salary of £40,000–£45,000 (DOE) plus performance bonus and benefits.

About the Role

You will work closely with the experienced Commercial team, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest quality standards across all stages of a project’s lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and appoint sub‑contractors to a wide range of projects
  • Manage sub‑contractor packages from appointment to final account
  • Submit valuations, variations, and monthly reports
  • Liaise with Contracts Managers and Site Teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Attend site visits to assess completed works and monitor cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and information management systems
  • Contribute to any other commercial duties as required

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction‑related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar QS role
