Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage valuations, budgets, and forecasts for civils contracts
  • Monitor financial performance and commercial risks on projects
  • Manage contract administration and payments in line with NEC and bespoke contract conditions
  • Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support cost control and dispute resolution where necessary
Qualifications
