Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects.
• Familiarity with contract forms such as JCT, NEC3/NEC4 is desirable.
• A commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support in the development and implementation of the commercial strategy.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and oversight of subcontractor accounts.
• Prepare valuations, payment certificates and invoices.
