Quantity Surveyor – Associate

Manchester

Leading built environment consultancy offering a wide range of services to a blue-chip client base on projects worth up to £1Bn for leading defence sector businesses, large corporations, developers, schools/universities, contractors and infrastructure, are looking for an Associate level Quantity Surveyor in Manchester.

Working closely with the Manchester and wider leadership teams you will be part of business development forums; mentor colleagues in the cost management team; link into the cost management discipline across all offices; manage clients and develop further opportunities.

MRICS with a proven record of cost management you will demonstrate the ability to lead a series of projects and client relationships within one or more of the following sectors: leisure, sport, residential, regeneration and hospitality.

Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and CostX or other industry standard measurement software essential.
