My client a residential developer in the Surrey region who specialise in new build Residential houses and apartments are currently looking to add experienced quantity surveyor’s to their growing commercial team.

The ideal candidate would have more than 3-5+ years’ experience with a UK residential developer on a permanent basis working on residential new build projects from inception to completion.

In return my client can offer a competitive salary (DOE) plus a package and career progression within the company.

A degree/masters in Quantity Surveying would be essential.

RICS membership would be desirable but not essential.

CIOB membership would be desirable but not essential.
