Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are growing nationally and as a result, we are seeking a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our successful team based in Cardiff.

Responsibilities

• Measurement, estimating and cost planning
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Carrying out valuations, cost control, agreement of variations, risk analysis and management
• Monthly financial reports and final accounts
• Assist in other responsibilities within the scope of the level of the role as and when requested by the Directors/Senior Surveyors

Ideal Candidate

• Must be degree qualified and be working towards their APC
• Experience of working within a consultancy is preferable
