Qualifications

• RICS or CIOB qualified (or well progressed toward APC).
• Strong initiative and independence but a real team player.
• Working knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
• Solid IT skills and an appetite to learn new systems.
• UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Full cost management & contract administration.
• Pre-construction support including site visits.
• Tender document preparation and procurement support.
• Budget management and change negotiation.
• Post-contract cost control and project tracking.
• Employer’s Agent duties for D&B projects.
• Strategic commercial support from inception to final account.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
