The Role

We're seeking a meticulous and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in managing costs, contracts, and procurement across a range of specialist projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
  • Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts
  • As the Quantity Surveyor you will monitor project progress and control costs throughout the life-cycle
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations
  • The Quantity Surveyor will help provide detailed reports and financial forecasts to senior management
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within fenestration, or construction sectors
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, contract law, and procurement processes
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office
  • Degree in quantity surveying or related field (RICS accreditation desirable)
