The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) with accuracy and insight
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs across multiple contracts
  • Conduct valuations and manage subcontractor accounts
  • Provide commercial support to operational teams
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a maintenance, Construction or FM environment
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CVRs
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in relevant software (e.g., Excel, commercial management tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
