Quantity Surveyor – High End Residential Kent

A well‑established building and refurbishment contractor specialising in high‑end residential projects in the South East is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role offers a stable, long‑term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

Projects

• Projects range from £10 million to £40 million, including a £15 million refurbishment in Tunbridge Wells.
• Pipeline expected to increase in Kent area.

Team & Support

• Senior Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager, Site Manager and administrative support on site.

Responsibilities

• Cost reporting.
• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• Prepare CVRs and bills of quantities.
• Attend professional and client meetings.
• Assign subcontractors and suppliers in line with procurement schedule.
• Mitigate commercial risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with a main contractor and with prime/super‑prime residential projects.
