Quantity Surveyor

Location: Romsey, Hampshire

Salary: Up to £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Pension + Bonus + 25 Days Holiday

Blaymires Recruitment is proud to be representing a leading consultancy based near Romsey, Hampshire, that is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The consultancy specialises in managing cladding and internal combustion risks, defects, and remedial works. They are currently delivering a number of façade refurbishment projects across residential buildings and work with a diverse range of clients, including social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums, and management companies.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing cladding upgrade and remedial schemes. You will be responsible for inviting contractors to tender, placing orders, managing payments, monitoring costs, and preparing final accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a consultancy or contracting background to develop their career with a respected consultancy.

  • Proficient in invoice and payment collation/management.
  • Good understanding of JCT forms of contract.
