Central Services is a newly formed team dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and professional maintenance and engineering services across Anglian Water. As a Quantity Surveyor within Central Services, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial assurance and financial control across a high volume of lower‑value Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects, primarily during the pre‑construction phase. These projects vary in complexity, with most falling under low to medium CDM risk categories.
