• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in brickwork or a trade sub-contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. Excel, take off software).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

We are a well-established brickwork sub-contractor based in Norwich, delivering masonry work to a range of clients across residential and commercial projects.We're seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team and help drive the business commercially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing project valuations and cost reports
• Measuring and pricing brickwork packages from drawings and specifications
• Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Liaising with site teams to monitor progress and variations
