Quantity Surveyor for family run main contractor on a turnkey D&B basis.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor

Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be to work on Residential, Fit out and Industrial projects all within an 45 mins of the companies office in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for but not limited to; Managing packages from procurement through to final accounting Working with the team to ensure subcontractors are managed on site, CVRs, reviewing drawings and working collaboratively with the internal team and clients.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor

The company are looking for a candidate who can come in and hit the ground running, who is happy working in a small business from the office with site visits.

You will ideally have:

• Degree in a construction related subject
• Minimum of 5 years experience on residential projects
• Competent in managing subcontractor packages and payments

The company:

The company are a Family run main contractor on a turnkey D&B basis with a turnover of approx £10m. They work on new build residential, industrial and commercial fit out projects. With quality of work and attention to detail a priority the clients experience is at the forefront of their minds, resulting in a lot of repeat clients. All projects are all within 45 minutes of their office in Ampthill.
