A leading facilities management company in Manchester is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial function on maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a QS role, strong negotiation skills, and a sound knowledge of the market. This role offers a permanent full-time position with competitive working hours.

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Team to lead and manage the commercial function on a number of Hard FM maintenance contracts.
This position will require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead on all commercial activities on a prestigious contract in Manchester.

Location: Manchester
Hours Per Week: 37.5 - Monday to Thursday (08:00-16:30) and Friday (08:00-15:15)
