Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out

Manchester (City Centre) | £52,500–£62,500 | Hybrid / Flexible working

Start : February 2026

We’re hiring a driven Quantity Surveyor to join a fast‑growing construction business delivering high‑quality refurbishments and fit‑outs. This is a hands‑on role for someone who sweats the detail, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll be joining a young, innovative team with strong investment, a client‑first mindset, and a pipeline of projects ranging from £250k–£15m based round the North West.

What you’ll do

• Cradle-to-grave commercial management (with support)
• Support procurement and manage subcontract packages end-to-end
• Provide a personable, proactive service to clients, putting them first
• Manage costs and risk from internal and external perspectives
• Price variations and support tenders
• Manage invoices, raise POs, and track costs
• Collaborate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors

What we’re looking for

• Experience working for a contractor
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with solid organisational skills
• Competent with Excel and measurement software (e.g. Bluebeam)
• Understanding of JCT contracts
• Proactive mindset and ambition to develop
• Min 5 years experience QSing - This is not mandatory, problem solver and keen learner priority!
