Quantity Surveyor

Chris Main Ltd is an independent recruiter and has over 20 years of experience recruiting people in the house building sector.

My client is a large developer, with a network of offices. They typically build 500 units per year from this office and tend to build houses more than flat developments.

Role Overview

The Commercial Director at the Malmesbury Office is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of up to 2/3 new housing developments, work as part of the Commercial team and protect the viability of projects.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
