A leading construction and refurbishment company in Kings Langley is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control and contracts for high-end residential projects. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement and providing accurate cost reporting, working closely with clients and project teams. The Role

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You'll take full ownership of procurement, contracts, and cost management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-end residential refurbishments. This is a client-facing role, requiring both commercial expertise and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of cost control from tender through to final account
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage JCT contracts
  • Oversee procurement and subcontractor packages
  • Provide accurate cost reporting and cash flow forecasting
