Job summary

CSS Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join one of our client's teams in Ingatestone, Essex, on a permanent basis. The role covers contract management, financial control, and project reporting across the London and South East sites.

Candidates should hold a degree or a proven track record in Quantity Surveying, with experience in drylining and wall finishes, and must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Contract management: advising on and negotiating contracts

• Pre-construction: assisting with pre-construction handovers
• Reporting: reporting on project metrics
• Estimating & procurement: assisting with estimating and securing the best rates
