A leading construction firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities across a complex Property and Construction portfolio. This strategic leadership role involves developing procurement strategies, managing a small team, and ensuring compliance and performance across critical services. Candidates should have a strong background in Property procurement and experience in high-governance environments. This position offers an attractive salary and benefits, including a bonus and pension scheme.
Salary: £80,000 to £88,000 + 20% bonus, matched pension up to 7.5% PMI and 25 days annual leave + additional benefits.
Location: Hertfordshire (3 days a week). Team: leadership role with 2 direct reports.
