Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Quantity Surveyor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
  • Lead financial forecasting, valuations, and contract administration.
  • Manage contract performance, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Oversee supply chain and subcontractor engagement from enquiry to completion.
  • Support estimating and tendering processes with robust cost analysis.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and financial close-out of additional works.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and contribute to contract retention.
Qualifications
  • HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering.
  • MRICS accreditation and relevant CSCS card.
  • Proficiency in tools like SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Excel, Asta Powerproject.
  • Experience in SME environments and broad business understanding.
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements and methods within the construction and engineering industry.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
