About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Manchester to oversee a £10m residential development made up of a mix of houses and apartments. You'll play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring commercial control, cost accuracy, and smooth delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all commercial aspects of the project, from procurement through final accounts
  • Prepare cost plans, valuations, and budget forecasts
  • Lead on tendering, subcontractor management, and contract administration
  • Provide accurate monthly reporting and maintain strong cost control
  • Work closely with the site team to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals
