The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of social housing maintenance projects for a Local Authority client. This is an excellent opportunity for an established QS or a Site / Project Manager looking to step into a commercial role.

You will ensure cost-effective delivery, budget control, and compliance with NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR), while acting as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
