A leading contractor in the Super Prime Residential market is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Country division, working on some of the most prestigious homes across Surrey, West Sussex, and the surrounding counties.

🔨 The Projects

• Single dwellings, country estates, and manor houses
• A mix of heritage refurbishments, new builds, and bespoke fit-outs
• Project values up to £15m+
• Always luxury. Always super prime.

📍 The Role

• Manage and oversee multiple live projects at a time
• End-to-end commercial involvement: procurement, variations, valuations, final accounts
• Work closely with a well‑structured, professional team that prides itself on doing things right
• Build long‑term relationships with UHNW clients, consultants, and design teams
