They deliver fast-track restaurant rollouts and bespoke, design-led schemes for high-end clients — working with major F&B brands as well as independent venues.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with fit-out or shopfitting experience who enjoys being involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from pricing and estimating to final accounts.

The Role
  • Prepare Schedules of Works (Excel) from design drawings, including take-offs and quantities.
  • Price PQS schedules when required (most work is negotiated, not tendered).
  • Issue and evaluate supplier/subcontractor enquiries; negotiate and place orders.
  • Produce quotations using bespoke Excel-based cost plans.
  • Carry out value engineering and attend cost meetings with clients.
  • Update cost reports, variations, and job costing templates for live projects.
  • Review subcontractor and supplier accounts before payment.
  • Prepare and agree final accounts for completed works.
  • Work generally under JCT Intermediate terms (letter of intent or PO basis).
  • Attend site meetings nationwide (typically 4 days in the office / 1 day on site).
  • Report directly to the Commercial and Managing Directors.

About You
  • Background in fit-out, shopfitting, or interiors contracting.

  • Commercially astute and confident dealing with clients and suppliers.
