Their Project Management team is made up of qualified \"Quantity Surveyors\" and \"Building Surveyors\" working on projects from £5m - £50m including:

• Mixed use Developments - Residential, Office Space, Restaurants and Hotels
• High Rise Residential
• Heritage and Museums
• Specialist Heath and Care
• Project recovery - when all else fails, our client are the ones they call

They pride themselves on personal relationships, repeat business and \"over performing\", making them the 'go-to' firm in the region when the chips are down or the brief is particularly challenging

The right candidate

We are looking for an experienced \"Project Manager\" from a \"Building Surveying\" or \"Quantity Surveying\" background to work on projects across the region. We are looking for candidates with the following backgrounds and experience:

• Degree in \"Quantity Surveying\" or \"Building Surveying\" essential
• Proven track record running your own projects and \"Project Manager\"
• Stable career history working for a Construction Consultancy or client direct
• Commutable to the Plymouth area or relocating to the region
• Chartered status ideal but not essential
