As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their success and play a key role in delivering landmark housing developments.

In this role, you'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle. From initial cost planning and tendering to final accounts and project delivery. You'll manage budgets, procure materials and subcontractors, produce valuation reports, and provide vital commercial support to both site and management teams.
