A leading highways service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to support the Senior QS in delivering revenue works. The role involves managing subcontractor relationships and ensuring compliance with commercial processes. We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team, supporting the Senior QS in delivering revenue works under the Cheshire East Highways Term Maintenance Contract. This is a key role focused on ensuring robust commercial processes, cost control, budget management, change management, and effective subcontract account management.
The successful candidate will work closely with both the commercial and revenue delivery teams, as well as other departments across the full service delivery partnership at Cheshire East Highways. A significant aspect of the role will involve managing subcontractor relationships — ensuring full compliance with subcontracting procedures, assessing applications, and certifying payments.
