Quantity Surveyor - Major Refurbishment - Central London

Location: Piccadilly
Start: Before Christmas or January
Rate/Salary: Flexible DOE (temp to perm)

A long-standing London main contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major £15m structural refurbishment in Piccadilly.

The Project

Complex refurbishment and extension including full strip‑out, structural alterations, façade works, services to CAT A, new lifts, and a shell & core retail unit. PC runs to 2027.

Role

• Managing subcontractor packages
• Procurement, valuations, variations and cost reporting
• Supporting the Senior QS on structural, demo and façade packages
• Working closely with the on-site team to maintain commercial control

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as a QS
• Refurb or structural experience beneficial
• CSCS card
• Strong communication and a positive, proactive attitude
