This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy that work with a number of blue-chip clients, who are looking actively support people to get chartered and progress their career to Partner.

Are you an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience and are looking for a new opportunity? Are you seeking an employer who can give you full support through you APC and the ability to progress to Partner level role?

Within this role, you will take on a range of responsibilities, splitting your time between the office, home and sites visits. You will be reporting directly to the Quantity Surveyor Partner within the office supporting on all commercial aspects of the projects. This will include pre-contract work preparing detailed budget estimates and cost plans, as well as being involved in all aspects of the tender process. Following that through out the project you will be visiting sites being one of the main contacts for clients ensuring the projects are being complete to standard. Finally, amongst other responsibilities, you will be involved in post-contract work where you will prepare cost reports and final accounts.

The ideal candidate will be an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who is actively looking to pursue their APC and is eager for further development and progression, as well as being happy and willing to travel to sites across the country.
