Job description

Our client is a great small builder performing well in a tricky market. They carry out anything from smaller refurb works of 50-100k to full structural alterations up to approx £3m.

They are looking for an adaptable and sensible QS who can look after admin and logistics on the smaller jobs and then progress onto running larger projects autonomously in the future.

Suitable candidates will have some current knowledge of prices and the ability to do take offs and measurement as needed in conjunction with a commercial lead and site managers. An interest and love of the industry will also really help.
