Quantity Surveyor — Cheltenham

Up to £60,000 | Construction Consultancy

A small but forward-thinking construction consultancy based near Cheltenham, seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their small but close-knit team. Working in Residential, Health, Education and Commercial sectors, they are well established and benefit from regular repeat business and ongoing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on a range of projects in the region, including prestigious assignments.
• Oversee the whole project lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Engage in pre and post contract duties including tenders, cost planning, feasibility studies and procurement advice.
• Act as the client\'s single point of contact.

Qualifications

• RICS accredited degree.
• Preferably MRICS (or aspiring to).
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy in the UK.
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge.
