Job summary

Klarity Personnel are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a group company specialising in Retail Fit-Outs. The role is based at the head office in Castleford, reporting to the Commercial Manager, with commercial responsibility from feasibility through to final accounts.

The successful candidate will have fast-track retail experience, ideally in supermarkets, and will manage low value/high volume projects within a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fast Track Retail Fit-Outs, preferably supermarket.
• Comfortable handling low value/high volume projects.
• Based in or willing to work from Castleford head office.

Responsibilities

• Assume commercial responsibility from feasibility/scoping to final accounts.
• Work under the Commercial Manager on retail fit-out projects.
• Monitor costs, variations and subcontractor commercial management.
