A progressive construction service provider in Cardiff is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage contract budgets and establish strong client relationships. The successful candidate will have a background in social housing, possess excellent construction knowledge, and demonstrate strong communication skills. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £42,000 – £45,000.

We are looking for a process driven Quantity Surveyor to join our maintenance team based in Cardiff who collectively are responsible for all responsive and void maintenance works across Cardo Wales and West region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing costs and sales for maintenance and void contracts on an ongoing basis throughout the month.
This role requires previous use of, and strong understanding, of the NHF schedule of rates. This also requires a solid understanding of construction processes, and effective communication abilities.
