Our client is a respected regional main contractor with a strong reputation for quality delivery and repeat client work. Currently managing two long-standing projects, they have secured a third scheme and are tendering for a fourth design & build - reaching four active sites by January.

The Role

• Lead QS on a flagship refurbishment scheme - full commercial control.
• Procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs, and final accounts.
• Drive project profitability and client relationships.

Desired attributes

• 5-10 years' QS experience (main contractor or specialist).
• Proactive, hands‑on, and able to run a project independently.
• Degree‑qualified (or equivalent); CSCS card.

Package

• £50,000 - £60,000
