We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team, working on our Yorkshire Water account. This is a permanent role and will include a home working and office-based split, based from Brighouse.
This role is ideal for someone with a commercial background. Experience within the utilities sector would be advantageous but is not essential. A relevant degree qualification, or working towards RICS or an equivalent professional accreditation, is desirable, along with knowledge or experience of working under Framework Agreements and NEC3 or NEC4 contracts. You will be a strong relationship builder with a customer‑focused approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively, work to strict deadlines, and collaborate successfully within a team.
