About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in modular construction to join our team in Driffield. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning and commercial management across modular projects — ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners to ensure commercial success at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation for modular projects.
• Manage sub-contractor procurement, valuations, and payments.
• Assess project variations and produce accurate financial forecasts.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost-efficiency strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (minimum 3‑5 years).
• Experience within modular, offsite, or prefabricated construction is essential.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
