Mid‑Senior Quantity Surveyor (Outside IR35) Fawley | Immediate Start | 5‑Month Contract

We are recruiting for an experienced Mid to Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major project in Fawley. This assignment is outside IR35 and requires on‑site presence (minimum 4 days per week).

Role Overview

• Role: Mid‑Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Sector: Heavy industry – structural, mechanical, electrical
• Start: Immediate
• Duration: 5 months initially (extension expected)
• Engagement: Outside IR35 / Business‑to‑Business

Key Duties

• Contract administration, ideally under MF1 or IChemE forms
• Preparation and submission of applications
• Assessment of variations and change orders
• Tracking cost impact, contingency management and commitments
• Budget monitoring, forecasting, and timeline oversight
• KPI and project performance monitoring
• Monthly profit and loss reporting and forward forecasting
• Contract risk identification and mitigation

Required Experience

• Significant experience within heavy industrial projects
• Strong understanding of commercial, contractual and financial project controls
• Able to work on site 4+ days per week
• Immediate availability highly advantageous
