  • Experience working collaboratively with construction professionals, contractors and other stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and property-related data and make informed commercial recommendations.
  • A strong understanding of cost control, contract performance, valuations and financial reporting.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience working as a Client-Side Quantity Surveyor, with a detailed understanding of the commercial responsibilities associated with the role.
  • Knowledge of housing association asset management and planned investment programmes.
  • An understanding of current and emerging legislation, regulatory requirements and industry challenges affecting the housing and construction sectors.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes, operational efficiency and value for money.

You will be organised, analytical and confident managing competing priorities, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial control, delivering quality outcomes and continuously improving services.
