Qualifications

  • Around 2-4 years' UK experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Ideally working towards or interested in achieving MRICS status.
  • Experience across a mix of sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of pre- and post-contract cost management duties.
  • Working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors.
  • Preparing cost estimates, procurement advice, and contract administration.
  • Attending client and design team meetings.
  • Working closely with senior colleagues while developing autonomy on projects.

Role & Responsibilities

Required Experience
