Quantity Surveyor – High End Residential London

An established building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high‑end residential projects in London is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long‑term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

Projects range from £5 million to £30 million. The projects are some of the best London has to offer.

Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property.

Responsibilities

• Cost Reporting
• Tender and contract documents
• CVR's
• Bills of Quants
• Attend professional and client meetings
• Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
• Mitigate commercial risks
