Quant Trader | Delta-Neutral | London | £200,000 + bonus

A well-capitalised digital asset trading firm is building a systematic trading platform to deploy market-neutral strategies across both centralised and on-chain markets.

The focus is on scalable, delta-neutral strategies spanning funding, basis, and liquidity provision, with infrastructure designed to support automated deployment across CeFi and DeFi.

They are hiring a Market Neutral Trader to take ownership of strategy development, from research through to live trading, with direct responsibility for PnL.

Responsibilities

• Build and run market-neutral strategies across crypto markets
• Focus on: basis trading, funding capture, cross-exchange arbitrage, and AMM liquidity provision
• Develop execution across centralised exchanges and on-chain venues
• Optimise hedging, risk, and capital efficiency
• Monitor performance, capacity, and drawdowns
• Research new opportunities in DeFi derivatives and liquidity venues

Requirements

• Proven track record in crypto market-neutral trading
• Strong understanding of funding rates, basis, and microstructure
• Experience across major exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bybit, Deribit)
• Familiarity with DeFi and on-chain execution
• Strong coding skills (Python / Rust / C++)

Background

• Prop trading, hedge fund, or crypto market making experience
• Experience building automated strategies preferred
